Whether you want to become a world champion or just improve your fitness, focus, and discipline, MK Shotokan Karate in Milton Keynes welcomes all levels and is ideal for all the family. Your first lesson is free, so if you are interested, please get in touch with Keith.
At MK Shotokan Karate Academy you will see that most of our adult and family classes last 1.5 hours. This enables us to work on all aspects of karate (Kihon, Kata and Kumite) in each lesson.
